Heather Heath, BSBM

Heather Heath graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management in 2007. She has been in the veterinary field since 1991 starting at The Animal Keeper. She has been working at Ark Animal Hospital since 2000.

Heather lives with her husband and her two sons aged 19 and 10. They share their home four Staffordshire Bull Terrier dogs named Trina, Badger, and Rosso, and a cockatiel named CJ. If she could own only one pet, it would be a dog because they are such loyal companions providing unconditional love.

Heather’s hobbies include reading, watching movies, listening to music, playing video games, camping, outdoor activities, traveling & sightseeing, and when she has time competing in American Kennel Club dog confirmation events. If she were an animal, she would want to be a wild horse because they can run fast across the land and live as they want to with their family. Her favorite animal-related books are “The Incredible Journey” and “Where the Red Fern Grows.”

Heather says: “The best thing about my job is being able to educate pet owners and answer their questions so they can share happy, healthy, and quality years with their beloved companions. I also enjoy managing the daily challenges to keep Ark Animal Hospital running as smooth as possible.”
